Newbold and Tredington C of E Primary School Day Nursery
In September 2014 the school opened a small nursery provision on the Newbold site.
The nursery opens daily from 8am-4:30pm (term time only), providing before and after school care for the children in the nursery and those children in our Reception and Year one class.
Children are admitted from aged 3 and they may claim their Nursery Funding Vouchers the term after their third birthday.
The small environment provides an excellent setting to nurture and develop the children, with caring and dedicated staff.
These are our newly developed Mud Kitchen and Nursery Garden.
Children develop fine motor skills by learning how to control a pen to support letter formation and name recognition.
These fine motor skills are further supported by learning to use one handed equipment to chop up their own snack. This experience also encourages talk of likes and dislikes with food.
