We place a high value on our extra-curricular activities that are held either at lunch time or after school. The activities range from cheerleading to chess and change every term depending on the time of year and the type of activity on offer. All extra-curricular activities are run on a voluntary basis by the school staff or volunteers, and it is due to their commitment that we are able to offer such an extensive range.
We also coach and send teams to take part in competitions throughout the year. We have taken part in the Floorball (Indoor Hockey) tournament as well as football, swimming and athletic events.
Key Stage 2 children are given the opportunity to learn a musical instrument from the visiting music teachers form the County Music Service. They currently offer guitar and woodwind lessons. There is a charge for this service.
